Expro provide SONAR Clamp on flow meters for separators outflow, flare lines and trunk lines.

SONAR Meters are non-intrusive and determine the bulk flow velocity/actual bulk volumetric flow rates of the fluid medium in the pipe without any flow interruption or pipe modification. SONAR Meters are multiphase tolerant and hence offer better performance than conventional clamp-on meters. 

SONAR Meters are superior in non-ideal process conditions where other clamp-on or intrusive flow meters struggle due to phase contamination, solids, salinity, H2S, and CO2.

SONAR Meters provide you with flow rate measurement as well as a built-in diagnostic tool to qualitatively detect any phase contamination in the main flow stream whether it is entrained gas in liquid flows or liquids in gas flows.

The SONAR diagnostics provide you with more insight into the midstream separation process efficiency, flow stability and verification of legacy metering systems.
