Measure and drive

We are committed to minimizing our hydrocarbon footprint across our operations to reduce the environmental impact. We will achieve this by driving performance and efficiency improvements to achieve considered, quantified objectives. 

As proud members of the non-for-profit charity CDP, a global system that supports us to disclose, manage and share vital environmental information. CDP runs a global environmental disclosure system supporting companies, cities, states and regions to measure and manage their risks and opportunities on climate change, water security and deforestation.​ Working alongside CDP to provide us with initial benchmarking to set the basic targets and collect data, for Expro's 2021 disclosure project we achieved  score of C (Awareness), our first step in addressing our own, and the industry’s effects on the planet

Environmental Management System

We work to maintain a robust management system to support our drive for climate action and ultimately help achieve net-zero by 2050, including:

• Our commitment to environmental sustainability, our 150,000 sq. ft flagship administrative center in Lafayette, is certified by the United States Green Building Council as a LEED Silver building. Expro also has its Energy Management Program Certified in the ISO 50001 Standard in the UK and our Aberdeen Facilities are powered by renewable energy through Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs).
• Assigned roles and responsibilities across the business. 
• Internal and external communications and training and awareness on the importance of environmental management issues. We work to ensure this reaches all employees through engagement programs, such as webcasts, webinars, one-on-one sessions and supporting collateral. 
• Through Expro’s Global Audit System, we conduct internal and external environmental audits and take corrective actions to stimulate continual improvement and have achieved  EMS Certifications (i.e. ISO 14001 certification) in UK, Holland, Norway, Brazil, Columbia and Mexico.
