STEM day: Dr Alexandra Rogacheva

Our Global Head of Innovation, Dr Alexandra Rogacheva, talks to us about the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) roles in today’s modern world. She gives us insight into her career journey and how she is still inspired daily by her peers in STEM roles.
There’s more women working in STEM than ever before, however it’s still far less than male counterparts. Alexandra reminds us of the importance of encouraging women into these roles and benefits of pursuing such a career.
